Pigment Pour Daily ("the App") is a daily color-sorting puzzle game operated by No Bull Games LLC ("we", "us", "our") on Reddit's Devvit Web platform.

By playing the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not play.
These Terms are between you and No Bull Games LLC. Reddit is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App under these Terms. Your use of Reddit itself is also governed by Reddit's User Agreement, Reddit Rules, and other applicable Reddit policies, which take precedence over these Terms where the two conflict.
The App is a free daily puzzle game running entirely inside Reddit. There is no signup beyond your existing Reddit account, no in-app purchases, no advertising, no external accounts to create or link, and no offsite redirects out of the App.
A new puzzle is released each day at midnight US Eastern time. Players solve the puzzle in as few moves as possible and may optionally copy their solve result to the daily post's comment thread on r/PigmentPourDaily. The comment thread is the App's casual social comparison surface — solve quality is intended to be compared informally among Reddit commenters, not as a formal leaderboard.
Sharing is optional. The App may generate share text or a share card for your completed solve, but you decide whether to post it. Posting or commenting requires a separate manual action from playing the puzzle.
If you choose to post or comment your solve, it appears from your Reddit account, not from No Bull Games LLC. You can review, edit, or cancel your comment before posting where Reddit's interface allows it.
You do not need to post, comment, subscribe, or share in order to play the App.
You agree to use the App as a player and not to:
Reddit's content policies and the rules of the subreddit you're playing in apply to any comments you post about your solve.
The App's code, art, puzzle data, share-card design, color palette, animation, and other original material are the intellectual property of No Bull Games LLC. The Devvit platform itself is provided by Reddit and is governed by Reddit's own agreements with developers.
You retain ownership of anything you write in comments about your solve. By copying a share card into a comment thread, you are exercising the normal commenting rights you already have on Reddit under Reddit's User Agreement; the App does not claim any ownership over your comments.
The App ships with a hand-curated calendar of daily puzzles. We curate ahead and extend the calendar as time goes on. If for any reason a calendar day is uncovered (operational miss on our part), the App serves a safe fallback board so the daily never goes blank, and we backfill the schedule as soon as practical.
We may change which puzzle is scheduled for a future date, add new puzzles, retire puzzles, or adjust the daily release cadence. Past puzzles you have already solved on a given day are not retroactively changed for you — your solve record for that day stays as-is unless the underlying state expires under the data-retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Bull Games LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, lost streaks, lost time, or emotional distress related to puzzle outcomes. The App is a free puzzle game; play at your own risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of incidental damages. To the extent those limits apply to you, the limits above are limited only as required by applicable law.
We may update the App, add features, remove features, change puzzle selection, change daily rollover timing, adjust the share-card format, discontinue the App, or change these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, you may stop playing.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, Reddit's User Agreement, or applicable law. You may stop playing at any time, and your stored game data is governed by the data-deletion options in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply only to Pigment Pour Daily as it operates on Reddit via Devvit. Other games or websites operated by No Bull Games LLC have their own terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri. Where Reddit's User Agreement governs the underlying platform behavior, Reddit's terms apply to disputes arising from that platform behavior.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
