1. Who we are

Pigment Pour Daily ("the App") is a daily color-sorting puzzle game built natively for Reddit using Reddit's Devvit Web platform. The App is developed and operated by No Bull Games LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies only to data the App handles inside Reddit. The App runs entirely on Reddit's Devvit Web platform. We do not operate a separate website that handles your gameplay or account data, and we do not collect data outside of Reddit. Your relationship with Reddit itself is governed by Reddit's Privacy Policy.

This policy does not apply to other games or websites operated by No Bull Games LLC. Those products have their own privacy policies.

3. What data we handle

When you play the App, Reddit provides the App with your Reddit user ID. We use that ID only to operate the game for your account.

The following personal game data is stored in Reddit's Devvit Redis (Reddit's per-app, per-subreddit data store), keyed by your Reddit user ID:

Reddit user ID. Reddit provides this to the App automatically when you interact with a puzzle. We never ask for it; you never enter it.
Game progress. The state of today's puzzle, including bottle contents and the moves you've made.
Solve streak. A count of consecutive days you've solved the daily.
Solve history. A short list of your most recent solves, such as date, moves, and time taken.

The App also stores anonymous aggregate puzzle statistics, such as number of solves per daily puzzle, total moves across all players, and total undos or resets used. These aggregate records are stored by puzzle or date, not by Reddit user ID. They do not include Reddit usernames, Reddit user IDs, or other account identifiers.

We do not collect or store any of the following:

Your email address or phone number
Your real name, address, or location
Your IP address
Your Reddit password or any other Reddit account credentials
Your activity outside the App
Any payment or financial information
Any device identifiers (advertising ID, device fingerprint, etc.)

4. Local device preference

The App may store your colorblind-mode preference locally in your Reddit client's webview storage. This preference is used only to remember your display setting on that device. It is not used to identify you, is not sent to any external host, and may reset if the App or Reddit client clears local webview storage.

5. How long we keep your data

Personal game data (progress, streak, solve history) is stored with a 30-day sliding expiration. Each time you play, the expiration is reset to 30 days from your last activity. If you stop playing for 30 consecutive days, your personal data is automatically deleted by Reddit's Devvit Redis.

Anonymous aggregate puzzle statistics are kept indefinitely. They contain no information that can be tied back to an individual player.

6. How we use your data

Your data is used only to operate the App:

To show you your own progress on today's puzzle when you reload
To track your solve streak across days
To populate the share card text you choose to copy and post in the comment thread
To aggregate (anonymously) into community averages displayed on share cards once enough Reddit players have completed a given puzzle

We do not sell your data, use it for behavioral targeting, profile redditors, infer sensitive personal characteristics, train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, target advertising, or provide data to data brokers or ad networks.

7. External network requests

The App does not request external HTTP Fetch domains and makes no external network requests at runtime. All gameplay, statistics, daily-puzzle selection, and share-card generation happen within Reddit's Devvit infrastructure.

Community averages displayed on the share card (e.g. "Player avg 18") are computed exclusively from solves submitted by other Reddit players on the same daily puzzle, stored in Reddit's Devvit Redis. No third party hosts or transmits this data.

8. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, license, or transfer App-collected personal data to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, AI model providers, or other non-Reddit third parties.

The App runs on Reddit's Devvit infrastructure. Reddit provides and operates the platform services used by the App, including Devvit Redis, under Reddit's own Privacy Policy and platform terms.

9. How to delete your data

You have three options:

Stop playing for 30 days. Your personal game data will be automatically deleted by Reddit's Devvit Redis when the sliding 30-day expiration expires.
Contact us directly. Send a modmail to r/PigmentPourDaily or a private message to u/NoBullGames from the Reddit account whose data you want deleted. We will delete stored personal game data associated with that account within 7 days of receiving a verifiable request.
Delete your Reddit account. If your Reddit account is deleted, personal game data associated with that account is removed through supported Reddit/Devvit deletion signals where available and otherwise expires automatically under the same 30-day sliding expiration described above.

Anonymous aggregate puzzle statistics that do not include Reddit user IDs, Reddit usernames, or other account identifiers may be retained.

If you delete content, such as posts or comments, on Reddit, that content is handled by Reddit's own deletion mechanisms. The App does not store copies of comments you write or posts you make.

10. Children's privacy

The App is operated only on Reddit. Reddit's User Agreement requires users to be at least 13 years old, or older where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If you believe a user under 13 has interacted with the App, please contact us and we will delete any related stored data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the App; your data will expire under the 30-day rule above.

12. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar regulations. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, and data portability for your personal data.

Because the App stores so little personal data (only a Reddit user ID plus gameplay state, deletable via the methods above and otherwise expiring within 30 days of inactivity), most rights requests are satisfied by the deletion mechanisms already described.
