Pigment Pour Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Pigment Pour is developed by No Bull Games LLC. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and what third-party services may receive information through your use of the app.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to No Bull Games LLC unless you use Cloud Save (see Section 3) or submit feedback (see Section 6).

3. Cloud Save and Game Services

The app uses Google Play Games Services (Android) and iCloud CloudKit (iOS) for achievements and cloud saves. These services may collect and process:

Player ID and profile information
Game progress and achievement status
Device identifiers linked to your Google account

Cloud save data is managed per Google's Privacy Policy.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing (Android) and the App Store (iOS). RevenueCat is used for purchase validation and entitlement management on both platforms. These services may collect and process:

Anonymous app user identifiers
Transaction and receipt data
Device information and IP address

Payment card details are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple and are never accessible to No Bull Games LLC. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

5. Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads (including rewarded ads). AdMob may collect and process:

Android advertising ID (if available / permitted by device settings)
IP address and device information
Ad interaction and performance data

Personalized advertising is controlled through your device's ad settings. See Google's Advertising Policy for details.

6. Gameplay Telemetry and Feedback

The app collects anonymous gameplay telemetry to improve game balance, stability, and difficulty tuning. Telemetry can not identify you as a real person and is not linked to your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or advertising ID.

Automatic telemetry events, include but not limited to

app_opened (on launch)
level_completed (on win), including:
- Level number and seed
- Moves taken and optimal move count
- Undo count and reset count
- Stars and game mode

Voluntary ratings and feedback

Voluntary level difficulty rating (1–5) with optional comment
General feedback (category + free text)

Telemetry identifier

All telemetry includes a device_hash or, which is a SHA-256 hash of a randomly generated UUID created on first launch stored on your device and/or yourGoogle Play Games Services identifier.
The device_hash is not the Android advertising ID, is not derived from it, and is not reversible to any real identifier.

Transmission and storage

Telemetry and feedback are sent to a No Bull Games LLC endpoint and stored in a private and secure repository.
We do not store IP addresses in our telemetry dataset and we do not collect names, email addresses, location data, or advertising identifiers in this telemetry system.
Telemetry is rate-limited, fire-and-forget and never blocks gameplay if it fails to send.

Retention

We retain telemetry and feedback for up to 24 months, after which it may be deleted or aggregated.

Deletion requests

You may request deletion of telemetry associated with your device_hash by contacting us at the email in Section 10. If the app provides a "Copy Anonymous ID" field in Settings, please include that value in your request.

7. Children's Privacy

Pigment Pour is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Rights
