Mahjify is developed by No Bull Games LLC. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and what third-party services may receive information through your use of the app.
Mahjify requires you to sign in with Google or Apple to play. When you sign in, we receive and store:
This information is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and is used to identify you in multiplayer games, display your name to other players, and manage your account. We do not sell or share this information with third parties beyond the services described in this policy.
Apple Sign-In users may choose to hide their email address using Apple's private email relay. We respect this choice and will use the relay address for any communications.
When you host or join a multiplayer game, the following data is stored in Cloud Firestore:
Game data is visible to all participants in the same game session. Game documents are retained for operational purposes and may be deleted after a reasonable period of inactivity.
Game preferences, settings, and solo game progress are stored locally on your device using browser or app local storage. This data is not transmitted to No Bull Games LLC unless you participate in a multiplayer game.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing (Android) and the App Store (iOS). RevenueCat is used for purchase validation and entitlement management on both platforms. These services may collect and process:
Payment card details are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple and are never accessible to No Bull Games LLC. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
To understand how the game is played and to improve it, the app collects anonymous, aggregated usage data — such as app opens, screen views, game completions, and which features are used. This data is used in aggregate to improve gameplay and is not used to identify you personally or sold to anyone.
Mahjify does not display advertising and does not use advertising identifiers or ad-tracking services.
Mahjify is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app requires sign-in with Google or Apple, which have their own age restrictions.
Account data (display name, email, UID) is retained as long as your account exists. Game session data may be retained for up to 90 days after the game ends, after which it may be deleted or aggregated.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email in Section 11. Upon request, we will delete your Firestore user profile and any game data associated with your UID within 30 days.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For data managed by third-party services (Google, Apple, RevenueCat), please direct requests to the applicable provider.
